If you cancel your booking:
30+ days before departure: Up to 80–90% refund
15–29 days before departure: 40–50% refund
7–14 days before departure: 20–30% refund
Less than 7 days: No refund (non-refundable)
Note: Refund percentages may vary by destination, airline rules, or hotel policies.
If the traveler fails to show up on the departure day, no refund will be issued.
If GlobePath Travel cancels the tour due to weather, safety issues, or low bookings, you may choose:
A full refund
A rescheduled tour date
Credit toward a future tour
Airline tickets, hotel bookings, and visa fees follow their own refund rules. We will assist in requesting refunds, but final approval depends on the third-party provider.
The following are not refundable:
Visa processing fees
Travel insurance
Special event tickets
Last-minute bookings
Refunds typically take 7–21 business days after approval.
Date changes may incur additional charges depending on availability and supplier policies.
