Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. Customer Cancellations

If you cancel your booking:

  • 30+ days before departure: Up to 80–90% refund

  • 15–29 days before departure: 40–50% refund

  • 7–14 days before departure: 20–30% refund

  • Less than 7 days: No refund (non-refundable)

Note: Refund percentages may vary by destination, airline rules, or hotel policies.

2. No-Show Policy

If the traveler fails to show up on the departure day, no refund will be issued.

3. Tour Operator Cancellations

If GlobePath Travel cancels the tour due to weather, safety issues, or low bookings, you may choose:

  • A full refund

  • A rescheduled tour date

  • Credit toward a future tour

4. Flights & Third-Party Services

Airline tickets, hotel bookings, and visa fees follow their own refund rules. We will assist in requesting refunds, but final approval depends on the third-party provider.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not refundable:

  • Visa processing fees

  • Travel insurance

  • Special event tickets

  • Last-minute bookings

6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds typically take 7–21 business days after approval.

Date changes may incur additional charges depending on availability and supplier policies.
